Refund & Cancellation Policy
How Project91 Advance Technologies Private Limited handles cancellations and refunds for Klaro subscriptions.

1. The 14-day free trial
Every new Klaro workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. If you don't pick a plan by day 14, the workspace simply stops accepting new mutations until you do — your data isn't deleted.
2. Cancelling a paid subscription
You can cancel anytime from /c/<your-slug>/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your team keeps full access until then. We don't prorate unused days on monthly plans.
3. Monthly plan refunds
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months once the period has begun, except where required by law. If we billed you in error, write to billing@theklaro.com within 30 days and we'll fix it.
4. Annual plan refunds
Annual plans are reviewed case by case. Within the first 30 days of an annual term, we'll refund the unused portion if the service materially failed to work for your team. After 30 days, refunds aren't typically available, but we credit unused time toward a future plan or the same product.
5. When the service didn't work
If you can show that Klaro was non-functional for your use case during the first 30 days of a paid plan (for example, WhatsApp delivery never worked from your assigned number), email billing@theklaro.com with the workspace slug and the issue. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Processing time
- Razorpay refunds: typically reach your bank in 5–7 working days.
- Stripe refunds: typically reach your card in 5–10 working days.
- Network charges (forex, bank fees) on the original payment are not refundable.
7. Account deletion
Cancelling a subscription stops billing but doesn't delete your data. To request full account and data deletion, email privacy@theklaro.com from an admin email on the workspace.
