Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Klaro, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Klaro on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company.

Klaro is a multi-tenant SaaS that captures tasks from WhatsApp groups and runs accountability workflows for small and mid-sized teams. Project91 Advance Technologies Private Limited provides the service on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.

• You're responsible for keeping login credentials secret and for all activity under your account.
• Admins manage members in their workspace, including adding and removing access. Members added without an email address interact with Klaro solely through WhatsApp.
• One person, one account. Sharing logins is not permitted.

You will not, and will not allow members to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, harass anyone, or use Klaro to violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Terms.
• Upload malware, attempt to break authentication, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside our responsible-disclosure programme.
• Use Klaro to process special categories of personal data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) without a written addendum from us.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from Klaro's output.

We may suspend access for material breaches; we'll usually warn first unless the breach is severe.

When you add the assigned Klaro number to your team's WhatsApp groups, you direct Klaro to receive messages in those groups, capture work items mentioned, and route notifications back. You're responsible for telling group participants that Klaro is in the group. WhatsApp itself remains operated by Meta; their terms apply to message delivery on their platform.

• Plans, pricing, and seat caps are listed at theklaro.com/#pricing. Indian customers are billed via Razorpay; international customers via Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT/sales tax elsewhere).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change pricing for renewals with at least 30 days' notice.

We own the Klaro platform, brand, and code. You own the content you put in. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content as needed to run the service.

Each side will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page; the workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. We can suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days after which we delete it (subject to statutory retention).

Klaro is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect message delivery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory rights that can't be excluded remain.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You'll indemnify us against third-party claims arising from (a) content you upload, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your team's use of WhatsApp via Klaro.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India. Where applicable, parties may first attempt good-faith resolution by writing to legal@theklaro.com.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
